Left Column Editing

At the top of our left column (with the navigation buttons), a graphic has been included that when you mouse over it, a drop-down menu appears and gives the option to share on Facebook, Tweet, etc. I'd like to relocate this to the bottom of the column because it is really annoying if you are trying to simply go over to the navigational buttons on the left (like the HOME button), that drops down, covers the buttons, and you have to move around to avoid clicking on it and to get it to UNexpand.

I found the code by viewing the SOURCE, but I can't find that code anywhere to remove it - or to cut and paste in a different area.
