The Anchor is used to link to specific section of a page.

Documents linked on your page will always open a new window and download that document to the users computer, unless you have attached a HTML document in which case a new window will also open and the user can view the page online. You can create HTML documents from within Microsoft Word, just Save as HTML

How do I set up document links so that they open up in new window or so that after viewing it returns viewer to home page?

What do I use anchor for?
