use the following sql format to alter an existing Mysql table


ALTER TABLE `table name` ADD `field name` INT( 1 ) NULL DEFAULT '1',
ADD `field name` INT( 1 ) NULL DEFAULT '1';

separate each additional field by a comma and when done end with a ;
