I have set up mail . But not sure if done correctly. How do board members access their mail ?
How to use auto configure for mail client? Auto responder?

they can either set up a pop account in their email program such as Microsoft Entourage or they can access by going to yourdonmain.com/webmail
for the user name use the email address but insead of the @ sign use a + sign
The web mail will allow them to set up auto responders.
