<body onload="resizeTo(400,300);">

Change the value of 400 & 300 until you find the size you want.

You can also try this

<body onload="moveTo(0,0); resizeTo(400,300);">

and change the move to #'s for position on the screen itself.

This may or may not work depending on the browser being used
